PTSB said that all of its branch locations are now open across Ireland after the bank delayed opening until 11am due to weather warnings issued by Met Eireann.
The bank thanked its customers for their patience this morning following its response to a severe weather warning.
AIB also delayed the opening of branches in counties where there was a red warning.
Bank of Ireland also said that due to the weather warnings, branches in counties with Red and Orange warnings would not open until 11am at the earliest.
