Irish property bridge finance lender Onate has announced a €50m funding line from NatWest Bank.
This new facility joins Onate's existing institutional funding lines and bond programme.
"Our property bridge loan offering is simple, we give borrowers a fast yes or no and follow through at pace," said Daniel Gandesha, CEO of Onate.

Matt Whittle, Relationship Director at NatWest said they are pleased to support Onate.
"This facility provides further diversification and sets the business up to capitalise on their success to date," he added.
Onate, which was launched in March 2021, delivers finance up to €4 million for a term of up to 18 months.
