Pizza company Domino's is to recruit 600 new staff ahead of what it anticipates will be a busy period in the run up to Christmas.
The new jobs include delivery drivers, in-store team members and pizza makers.
The positions will be both part-time and full-time.
"As we approach a very busy period with the festive peak, we are excited to announce 600 new roles with Domino’s across Ireland," said Annelie McCaffrey, Managing Director for Domino’s in the Republic of Ireland.
"With the acceleration of new store openings this year and as we plan for more in 2024, we are proud to be able to offer a range of flexible in-store and contract driver roles, which may be suited to those looking for additional employment opportunities or to fit around study or family life."
Domino’s currently has 60 stores across its Republic of Ireland network, having opened seven so far this year, most recently in Rathnew, Co Wicklow.
It also has 35 more in Northern Ireland.
It is planning to open more outlets later this year and next year north and south, but won't say how many.
The company currently employs around 2,500 staff across the island of Ireland, with 1,500 of those in the Republic across in-store, management and deliveries.
The company is an Age Positive Employer Champion, which means it has been recognised for its commitment to welcoming applicants of all ages.
