Irish flexible workspace provider Grafter is to open its second premium location in London - Mayfair House.

The venue will open in November and is currently taking registrations of interest.

Situated on Berkeley Square in the heart of the Mayfair district, Mayfair House extends to nearly 10,000 square feet across four floors.

Grafter said its new premises combines contemporary design and luxury amenities to provide a second-to-none business experience for its members.

It said that Mayfair House offers a blend of private and shared office workspaces as well as members' lounges and a courtyard.

Mayfair House is the latest addition to the Grafter portfolio of restored buildings in the heart of Dublin and London.

The business, which was established in 2021, has six locations in Dublin and opened Bedford House, its first London location last year.

Its Dublin locations are Smyth House in St Stephen's Green, Leeson House on Leeson Street Lower, Ely House on Ely Place, Golden House in Thomas Street, The Lofts at Pleasant House in Pleasants Street and Tom's House in Fitzwilliam Street.

Emma Kennedy, CEO of Grafter, said Mayfair is a well-known and historic location and the company was proud that it had refurbished such a beautiful building.

"We worked alongside award winning architects and interior designers to create a visually stunning but also cosy and comfortable space," Ms Kennedy said.

"With its excellent location, beside some of the city's best restaurants and hotels and such close proximity to Hyde Park, we knew Mayfair House was the perfect location for our second London project," she added.
