Irish accountancy and wealth management firm Quintas has today announced it is joining Xeinadin Group, a professional services group in the UK and Ireland.
It said the move will facilitate both companies' growth ambitions and will enhance Quintas' core business advisory services.
Based in Cork City, Quintas was set up in 2005 and currently employs 70 people.
The accountancy and tax firm specialises in corporate finance, banking, debt resolution and insolvency, and mergers and acquisitions for SMEs and owner-managed and family businesses.
"This move is a platform for new opportunities, further growth for the business and will support the next generations of leaders at Quintas," said Paul O'Connell, Quintas Managing Partner.
"Our clients will benefit from this move through centralised resources, new data-driven technologies, and enhanced core services such as business advisory," he added.
Headquartered in London, the Xeinadin Group has over 130 offices and more than 1,800 employees.
Xeinadin Group CEO Derry Crowley welcomed Quintas to the group.
"We were impressed by the strong reputation and reach of Quintas in Ireland, as well as their ethos and client-focused solutions.
"This move will allow us both to better serve our valued customers, transfer knowledge and increase efficiencies and we look forward to working with them as part of the senior leadership team for Xeinadin Ireland," he said.
