Taxi and multi-mobility company Free Now has appointed Charlie Gleeson as new General Manager of the Irish market.
Previously, Mr Gleeson was the CEO and founder of Irish micromobility start-up Zipp Mobility, until it was acquired by ZEUS Scooters earlier this year.
He will now be responsible for leading Free Now's business in Ireland.
Mr Gleeson will lead a team of over 35 people here, and oversee the rollout and expansion of the company's services.
"Together with the dedicated team at Free Now Ireland and with the continued support of Free Now's excellent fleet of driver partners, I look forward to supporting Free Now’s continued growth in the Irish market," Mr Gleeson said.
"With my experience in the micromobility sector, I’m also excited to move forward with our plans to deliver new micromobility options in the Irish market in the near future."
