Ideal Fire, a Dublin based fire safety solutions business, has been bought by WTech Fire Group.
The acquisition follows two other purchases earlier this year by WTEch, of Jem Pumps and Wilec Fire & Security.
Founded almost a decade ago, Ideal Fire carried out preventative maintenance on a range of life safety systems such as fire alarm systems, emergency lighting systems, fire extinguishers, automatic opening vents and gas suppression systems.
Wilec Fire & Security is a provider of life safety and security systems to all sectors and is based in Wicklow.
While Jem Pumps is a UK-based specialist in fire, industrial, and electric pumps, including service, maintenance and repair.
"We are delighted to complete the acquisitions of Ideal Fire, Wilec and Jem Pumps," said Ted Wright, CEO of WTech Fire Group.
"These developments mark an important step in our growth strategy and reinforces our dedication to providing unmatched fire protection services for our clients."
The deals mark the fifth acquisition by WTech.
It is now on course to see its revenue surpass €120m this year and its workforce to grow past 580.
In 2021 Waterland Private Equity took a majority stake in WTech in 2021.
Ted Wright, the CEO of WTech Group, is a finalist in the International category of the EY Entrepreneur Of The Year 2023.
