A U2 firm engaged in the promotion of musical events incurred post tax losses of €3.59m last year.
New accounts lodged by the band members' Not Us Ltd show that the losses of €3.59m for 2022 are a 20% increase on the post tax losses of €2.98m for 2021.
The firm's activities also include "and other ancillary activities" and the combined losses of the last two years have contributed to accumulated losses of €24.4m at the end of last December.
The firm is a parent company of other U2-owned Dublin based companies and the amount the company owed to connected entities last year increased from €20.87m to €25.7m.
The company's directors are Bono, The Edge, Larry Mullen and Adam Clayton.
The firm also owes a "director loan" of €800,000 compared to "zero" under than heading at the end of 2021.
A note attached to the accounts states that "the firm funds its day to day working requirements by way of loans from subsidiary undertakings, related party creditors and its shareholders, which are unsecured and interest free".
The note states that "these parties have confirmed that they will not seek repayment of balances due from the company if this would in any way impair the company's ability to meet its obligations as they fall due".
The firm employs 10 and the aggregate amount paid to directors last year increased from €93,520 to €113,045. The firm also incurred a foreign exchange loss of €512,595 last year.

The accounts were signed off by Paul Hewson (Bono) and David Evans (The Edge) on July 21.
The losses incurred by Not Us Ltd over the past couple of years are unlikely to trouble the band members as the band looks set for a massive pay-day from its sell out non consecutive 17 night run at the MSG Sphere in Las Vegas which starts at the end of next month.
One report has estimated that the band may come away from Las Vegas more than $100m richer.
A Sunday Times Music Rich List published last year estimated that the band's combined wealth at €739m.
However, not all business ventures undertaken by band members have been successful.
Separate accounts just filed by Bono and his wife, Ali Hewson, for their Edun Apparel Ltd show that the ethical clothing company was sitting on accumulated losses of $87.35m at the end of last year.
This marked a slight increase on the accumulated losses of $87.33m at the end of December 2021.
The firm's shareholders' deficit stood at $63.76m. The new accounts were signed off by Paul Hewson and Ali Hewson on July 21.
