Wines Direct said it will open a second Midlands location on June 1.
The new location in Athlone is in addition to its Mullingar store.
Wines Direct, a family business, has operated in Ireland for over 30 years.
It buys wines directly from small, independent vineyards and sells them in store or online.
The new store manager in Athlone is Ian O'Connor, who joined the Wines Direct team in 2022.
