Sports fashion brand Nike is to open a new store in Dundrum Town Centre in Dublin.
The new 'Nike Live' outlet, the first of its kind in Ireland, will move into the space previously occupied by BT2 on Level 1 of the centre.
The 5,666 sq ft space will open this summer according to Hammerson, which co-owns the centre with German insurer Allianz.
"Nike is the leading brand worldwide in athletic footwear and apparel, and this concept will offer an interactive, customised retail offering to customers hungry for quality sportswear," said Connor Owens, Managing Director, Asset Management (Ireland & Scotland) at Hammerson.
"Athleisure is a top-performing category across our portfolio, so we’re excited to see how our customers respond to this innovative new concept."

As well as selling an assortment of sports clothing, footwear and accessories, the Nike Live store will also offer in-store experiences.
Nike is the latest brand to move into the centre as it continues its recovery from the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic.
Over the last 18 months Brown Thomas, Donnybrook Fair, Watches of Switzerland and Lush have all opened retail outlets there.
While Penneys is to complete its relocation and expansion within the centre to space previously occupied by House of Fraser.
Late last year it was reported that Dunnes Stores had reached an agreement to take over the space that Penneys is moving out of.
