Members of the Psychiatric Nurses Association (PNA) have voted overwhelmingly to accept the terms of the new public sector pay deal.
The ballot result was 94% in favour of the agreement.
Last week, unions affiliated with the Irish Congress of Trade Unions ratified the proposals which will deliver pay increases of 6.5% across this year and next.
Yesterday, members of the Association of Garda Sergeants and Inspectors (AGSI) voted in favour of the new pay deal but in a separate ballot, 63% of the AGSI membership rejected proposals on new Garda rosters.
The pay deal will benefit more than 370,000 public sector workers.
The first tranche of the agreement is a 3% increase backdated to February 2022 which is expected to be paid before the end of the year.
The Minister for Public Expenditure & Reform Michael McGrath said he would be bringing a memo to Government this week on the endorsement of the pay deal by unions.
He said this would allow for the various circulars to be prepared for local HR units facilitating the adjustment of pay scales.
