Global IT systems integrator, Rahi, is expanding with an integration and warehousing facility at Ballycoolin, Dublin, to support their growing Irish and European data centre business.
The company's European sales headquarters has been based in Limerick since 2015.
Rahi Ireland will seek to expand their head count with an additional 25 employees, for their global Racking & Integration Services Division at its Ballycoolin site. The roles will include Project Managers, Data Centre Logistics, and Data Centre Operators.
Rahi is a global IT solutions provider, systems integrator, and value-added reseller that provides full lifecycle technology solutions.
The company was co-founded in 2012 by US based entrepreneur Tarun Raisoni. It initially employed just three people and now employes over 1200 people worldwide.
VP and General Manager of Rahi Europe, Marcus Doran who is based in the Co. Limerick office said the company recognises the importance of Ireland as a technological hub for Europe and the world. He said the concept of the data center has evolved to encompass diverse and sustainable environments along with traditional on-premises infrastructure, cloud platforms, co-location facilities and edge data centers.
