The CEO of Flutter Entertainment's UK and Ireland business has resigned.
Conor Grant will leave his role before the end of the year.
He intends to pursue a planned career break to spend more time with his family after more than 20 years in the online gambling sector, the group said in a statement.
Mr Grant will be succeeded by Ian Brown, former CEO of Booking.com's Trips division - which includes Rentalcars.com.
Mr Brown, who will join Flutter in September, will assume responsibility for the Paddy Power, Sky Betting and Gaming, Betfair and Tombola brands in the UK & Ireland.
Conor Grant joined Flutter through the Stars Group following the merger of the companies two years ago.
He led the consolidation of Flutter's UK & Ireland business, which included leading the business response on the UK Government’s review of gambling legislation and completing the acquisition of the UK’s leading bingo operator, Tombola.
