As a child Pamela Laird soaked up entrepreneurial skills while hanging around her mother's beauty salon and before finishing her Leaving Cert had set up a nail bar in House of Fraser.
She has since gone on to create her own successful beauty brand Moxi Loves and tells The Business about her story.
