Sean Hall left school aged 15 and worked in a range of jobs - from bouncer in hundreds of venues, to barman to truck driver.
He founded Manguard Plus, a company that provides security, mostly for blue chip companies like Dublin Port, Amazon and Aer Lingus.
The company now with a €40m turnover.
