Dubai-based airline Emirates is looking for people in Ireland to join its cabin crew team.
The company is holding cabin crew recruitment days on Tuesday 24 and Wednesday 25 May in Dublin.
Those interested are asked to firstly apply online and the shortlisted candidates will be invited to meet the Emirates recruitment team in Dublin.
Emirates said while no prior experience is needed, there are a number of criteria that need to be filled in order to be considered.
These include that applicants are at least 21 years of age at the time of joining and have an arm reach of 212cm when standing on tiptoes.
The airline said cabin crew are offered an employment package which includes a variety of benefits such as a tax-free income, free shared accommodation in Dubai, free transport to and from work, medical and dental cover as well as exclusive discounts on shopping and leisure activities in Dubai.
"Our cabin crew are open-minded, helpful, friendly and service-oriented and that’s what we need from candidates in order to deliver Emirates’ award-winning onboard experience to customers," said Enda Corneille, Country Manager for Emirates in Ireland.
The airline’s recruiters are meeting and hiring candidates in 30 cities from now until the end of June.
In its latest drive, Emirates’ teams will travel from Australia to Ireland, and dozens of European cities in between, as well as Cairo, Algiers, Tunis and Bahrain.
Emirates’ global cabin crew team represent 160 nationalities, which it said reflects its customer mix and international operations in over 130 cities on six continents.
