International investor services provider IQ-EQ is to locate its new Irish headquarters at 76 Sir John Rogerson's Quay in Dublin.

The group recently completed the acquisition of Davy Global Fund Management.

It will lease 9,700 square feet of space on the 5th floor of the newly developed Grade A office building in the capital's south docklands.

The deal was handled by property advisor, Savills Ireland.

IQ-EQ has operated in Ireland for more than 30 years and employs almost 300 people across the island of Ireland with offices in Dublin, Shannon and Belfast.

Developed by TIO, 76 Sir John Rogerson’s Quay extends to over 90,000 square feet.

Other tenants in situ at the address include Rabobank, Algebris Investments and Trinseo.
