Dublin's St Stephen's Green House is on the market for more than €50m.
The sale of the Dublin office block is being handled by Savills and Knight Frank.
The building is on the corner of Lower Leeson Street and Earlsfort Terrace in Dublin city centre.
St Stephen's Green House was originally built in the mid 1960s as a headquarters for the Sugar Company.
The eight-storey block provides about 6,348 square metres (68,325 square feet) of office space with car parking allocation of 106 spaces laid out over two basement levels.
The price reflects a capital value of €732 per square feet.
The building is let to five tenants, including the OPW, Hayes Solicitors, Aramark and Lisney, and produces a current rent of over €3.12m.

Savills said the average unexpired lease term is approximately 4.25 years to break options.
Part of the fifth floor is vacant, however terms have been agreed to lease this space.
Meanwhile, 19-24 St Andrew's Street in Dublin city centre has also been placed on the market with a guide price of €9.5m by Savills Ireland.
The building is an art-deco style building on a site located opposite St Andrew’s Church and the Molly Malone statue, just 100m from Grafton Street.

The entire building measures about 1,965 square metres (21,160 square feet) - excluding the basement - and offers a wide range of potential uses, including office, food and beverage, residential or retail subject to the necessary planning permission.
Built in 1948 to replace the original Post Office building that was on Church Lane, 19 - 24 St Andrew Street is a four storey over basement, seven bay art deco style building with granite façade.
The Post Office, located on the ground floor of the building, is one of Dublin’s busiest post offices and the entire property is on the list of Protected Structures.
The building is currently owned and occupied by An Post, and is being marketed for sale with the benefit of a 25-year agreement for lease to An Post on the ground floor and some of the basement with the benefit of vacant possession of the upper floors and remaining basement.
