Revenue has published a list of tax defaulters for the three months from July to the end of September which includes €2.8m in settlements.
Of the 15 cases published today, nine cases were for amounts exceeding €100,000 while one settlement was for more than €1m.
Revenue noted that in all cases, settlement was either fully paid or arrangements to fully pay were in place as at the end of September this year.
The biggest settlement was from the now liquidated patent licensor Jurras, with an address in Cahernard, Castleisland in Co Kerry who agreed a settlement of €1,056,261 for the under declaration of dividend witholding tax.
Two car dealers also agreed settlements in the third quarter with Seamus McPhillips Ltd, from Kilcrow in Clontibret in Co Monaghan paying €124,749 for the under declaration of corporation tax and VAT.
Jonathan O'Brien Cars, based in Tramore Industrial Estate, Tramore Road in Cork, made a settlement of €78,790 for the under declaration of VAT.
Today's tax defaulters list also includes medical staff providers, former company directors as well as landlords and PAYE employees.
