A company that specialises in the provision of software to assist firms in their recruitment process is to create 100 jobs here as it expands its European operations.
Greenhouse Software opened its headquarters for Europe, the Middle East and Africa in Dublin in January last year.
It currently employs 60 people here.
Founded in 2012, Greenhouse works with more than 5,500 of the best-known and fastest-growing companies.
It has more than 700 customers across the EMEA region with names including HubSpot, Intercom, LearnUpon, Poppulo, Webdoctor and Booking.com on its client list.
With well-documented recruitment and retention issues being experienced by firms in the aftermath of the pandemic, there has been a surge in demand for services of companies like Greenhouse.
The company has said it will operate a hybrid working model and the jobs announced today will include a mix of hybrid and remote roles based in Ireland.
They will span the areas of sales, marketing, customer support, professional services and talent acquisition.
Some of Greenhouse's current employees operate outside of Dublin with staff based in Cork, Limerick, Wexford and Galway.
Daniel Chait, CEO and co-founder of Greenhouse, said hiring was now a top priority for firms as the battle for talent intensifies.
"Millions of business leaders are experiencing firsthand the positive impact a structured and inclusive hiring culture has on their company. Attracting a diverse range of candidates is critical to remaining competitive in today's marketplace," he said.
"As companies look to increase their commitment to diversity and fairness, we are seeing huge demand across Europe. Our Irish team has helped hundreds of European companies turn their hiring strategy into a competitive advantage through technology," Mr Chait added.
