German based AM Alpha has bought the Nutgrove Retail Park in Dublin's Rathfarnham in an off market trade deal.
The deal marks AM Alpha's second purchase after it bought an office building on Sir John Rogerson's Quay in Dublin city centre earlier this year.
Nutgrove Retail Park is close to the Nutgrove Shopping Centre in Rathfarnham and it is comprised of 197,700 square feet of mainly retail space.
The deal marked the first major retail park sale in Dublin since 2018.
CBRE were the brokers for today's deal.
"This transaction is a perfect example of how we are implementing our goal of delivering sustainable value to our long term investors," commented Martin Lernke, Managing Director or AM Alpha.
"As we are very convinced of its further potential and future growth, Ireland will continue to be a main focus for us and we will actively seek core and value-oriented investments across all sectors," he added.
