One of Waterford's best known shopping centres has been placed on the market, with a guide price of €24.5m.
City Square is located in the centre of the city and has pedestrian access from three points.
There are two retail floors, including a two storey department store that Debenhams used to occupy.
The centre also has 34 retail units and kiosks and footfall averages around 110,000 a week.
It currently produces around €1.58m a year in rental income from tenants including River Island, JD Sports, Peter Mark, GameStop, Peter Mark and Holland & Barrett.
Anchor tenant, Dunnes Stores, is not included in the sale.
The facility has recently been upgraded and extended with a new food court, extra retail units and mall improvements.
It also has direct access to 450 car parking spaces.
The centre is being brought to market by agents Colliers on behalf of Marathon.
