Revenue has published a list of tax defaulters for the period from April to June.
Court fines were imposed on 55 cases including 30 cases of people who failed to lodge tax returns, 17 cases of fuel laundering and 6 cases of tobacco smuggling and the illegal selling of tobacco products.
18 cases of settlements were also published totalling almost €3.4million.
The list includes two medical staff providers and two medical consultants.
Abdeen Medical Ltd., a medical staff provider, with an address at 62 The Park, Lakeport Park, Mullingar, Co Westmeath, made a settlement of €38,254 in a Revenue audit case.
Another medical staff provider, JNNK Medical Ltd. with an address at 20 Mt. Rochford Avenue, Flemington, Balbriggan, Co Dublin made a settlement of €67,419.
Paul P. Nicholson, a medical consultant with an address at 73 Lower Albert Road, Sandycove, Co Dublin, made a settlement of €62,760 for under-declaration of income tax.
The highest settlement was for €1.5 million by a medical services provider with an address on Upper Water Street, Newry, Co Down.
The provider is named as Veneris Consulting Unlimited formerly Dr Hugh O'Connor Unlimited.
This was a Revenue audit case relating to the under declaration of PAYE/PRSI/USC.
The next highest settlement was for just over €375,000 by a Michael Barry, a taxi hire operator with an address at Tinnahinch, Graiguenamanagh, Co Kilkenny for under declaration of income tax.
