The National Treasury Management Agency has today completed an auction of Irish Treasury Bills, selling the target amount of €750m.
The NTMA said that total bids received for the Treasury Bills came to €1.837 billion, which was 2.45 times the amount on offer.
The Treasury Bills, which have a maturity of six months, were sold at a yield of -0.622%.
Earlier this month, the NTMA raised €1.25 billion in an auction of Irish bonds which brought the total raised so far this year to €13.25 billion.
The NTMA's target funding range for this year is between €16 billion and €20 billion.
