Discount retail chain Dealz is to open its latest Irish store at Carrickmines Park in Dublin this month, creating 40 jobs.
The new Dealz store will occupy the former Mothercare store and will extend to 930 square metres, making it one of the largest in the retailer's portfolio of over 2,500 stores across Europe.
Ben Wall, Head of Portfolio Management for Poundland and Dealz Ireland, said the company was pleased to be expanding its Irish portfolio.
Carrickmines Park's 30 retailers attract over 5.5 million visitors a year.
It is owned by IPUT Real Estate Dublin and long established retailers there include Boots, Harvey Norman, IKEA, Lifestyle Sports and Woodies.
