When the pandemic hit earlier this year, EY said it was able to quickly move to a "virtual world" and supported its clients during the Covid disruption.

"The Covid-19 pandemic has affected people, communities and businesses everywhere, creating new challenges for us all," EY Ireland's Managing Partner Frank O'Keeffe said.

Frank O'Keeffe said that during the year the company continued to grow all of its services across assurance, tax, consulting and strategy and transactions.

"We are particularly pleased with the investments we made in our Technology Consulting and Data Analytics/ Emerging Technology businesses allowing us to strategically supporting new and existing clients as they transform their businesses and embed innovation more deeply in their culture," Mr O'Keeffe said.

"Now more than ever we are focused on investing in people and services to help our clients transform, innovate and address their most pressing issues," he added.
