Teneo, the global CEO advisory firm, has acquired Kotinos Partners, a Dublin-based consultancy focused on organisational performance.
Kotinos was founded in 2010 by James Bowen and Brian MacNeice and serves a global client base.
Declan Kelly, Chairman and CEO of Teneo said they are delighted to welcome the Kotinos Partners team.
"They bring a wealth of experience and deep expertise that will be leveraged by our clients both in Ireland and around the globe," he said.
Chris Wearing, Chairman, Teneo International added that their insights are "critical" in these turbulent times for companies.
"Over the last decade, James and Brian have developed unique insights into the right combination of leadership, behaviours, organisational structure and processes that drive company performance at the highest levels," he said.
Kotinos Partners founders James Bowen and Brian MacNeice said they are looking forward to joining Teneo.

Teneo has completed 14 acquisitions since the firm was founded in 2011.
The terms of the deal are not being disclosed.
