Tommy Collison is head of business development at Lambda School - a college in the US that tries to help disadvantaged students get a foothold in the tech industry.
They do not charge people for their education, but instead ask for 17% of their income for their first two years working.
Tommy himself took some classes at the school and tells The Business about it.
