New figures from the Central Statistics Office show that there were no days lost to industrial disputes in the second quarter of this year. 

The CSO also said that no disputes began or were in progress in the three months from April to June. 

This is the first quarter since the third quarter of 2015 that no days were lost to industrial disputes in a quarter. 

There were three disputes during the same time last year which resulted in 7,693 days lost, the CSO added.
