Discount retailer Dealz is set to add to its Irish portfolio as it opens three new stores in Dublin, Cork and Donegal later this month.

The £1m investment in the company's expansion will create over 75 jobs and will bring the Dealz portfolio on the island of Ireland to 100 stores.

The new stores - which will open on Thursday 16 July - are in the Rathfarnham Shopping Centre in Dublin, Clonakilty in Cork and Buncrana in Co Donegal.

Dealz Retail Country Manager Olivia McLoughlin said the opening of three new Irish stores on the same day is a signal of the company's ambition to grow.

"Additional job creation and investment in new stores is part of our renewed commitment to Ireland and the communities we serve," Ms McLoughlin said.
