200 jobs are being created by NUA Healthcare.
The organisation is seeking to recruit nurses, social care workers and assistant support workers.
The company is the largest provider of residential services for people with intellectual disability and mental health diagnosis.
It operates 53 centres around the country and currently employs around 1,600 people.
"Our services are very intensive, but our work is hugely rewarding, and we offer excellent career development opportunities," said Michelle Kirwan, Nua's Recruitment and Retention Manager.
"We have grown employee numbers by 300 over the past 2 years and we expect a similar level of growth in the coming years. We offer an attractive package for the right employees to join us."
Nua supports around 350 service users.
240 of these are in residential care around the country.
Nua also operates Mental Health Community Residences.
The company said it is continuing to offer safe service delivery for its residents during the Covid-19 crisis and is accepting new placements where appropriate.
