The Marketing Institute of Ireland has appointed David Field as its interim CEO.
David Field, who has until recently served as Chairman of the Board of the Institute, has already stepped down from that position.
The MII has appointed Gerard O'Neill, Chairman of Amárach Research, as Interim Chair of the MII, for a period of six months.
Mr Field has previously served as commercial trading director as well as head of marketing and retail development at Eason and as marketing director for Brown Thomas.
Before that he held commercial and marketing positions with leading businesses such as Glanbia, Superquinn and Fresh, the good food market.
