Irish Life Group Limited has bought wholesale financial services advisory firm, Conexim Advisors Ltd for an undisclosed fee.
The company provides services to accountancy firms, pensioner trustees and financial advisorts who themselves are involved in providing financial and investment advice to both individuals and corporate clients.
Over 200 regulated entities use the independent platform, which currently has €1bn of assets under its instruction.
The firm was established ten years ago and offers access to more than 4,000 funds.
It also provides direct equity, fixed income and Exchange Traded Fund investments to all major international markets.
According to Irish Life, Conexim will continue to operate as an independent entity within the group.
It will also keep its brand and retain its existing leadership team.
