Global advisory firm Teneo has bought Bridge PR, a communications advisory business based in Ireland.
Bridge PR was founded by Eugene Hogan in 2011 and provides strategic communications and content creation services.
Eugene Hogan said that joining Teneo will enable Bridge PR to scale its operations and deepen resources for its growing portfolio of clients.
"To have a global leader acquire our business is a very positive validation of what we do, of our client base, and indeed, in our team," Mr Hogan added.
Bridge PR's clients include Shannon Airport, Movidius, Arrabawn, Element 6, Hotel Doolin, Bothár, Clare FM and Clean Ireland Recycling.
"Ireland continues to be an important market for many of the world's leading companies,' said Declan Kelly, Chairman and CEO of Teneo.
