BoyleSports has acquired William Hill's chain of 33 shops in Northern Ireland and two shops in the Isle of Man.
This brings the total number of BoyleSports shops in Northern Ireland to 39.
It has 317 shops across Ireland and the UK, with 298 of those on the island of Irealnd.
This acquisition is a full takeover of all William Hill retail operations in both Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man.
In a statemen,t BoyleSports said its ambition is to grow its UK retail network to 100 shops by the end of this year.
