The owner of the Sunday Business Post newspaper has acquired a number of Irish magazines, including Irish Tatler.
Business Post Media Group acquired the brand from Irish Studio, along with Food & Drink Magazine and Auto Ireland.
Irish Studio will acquire an equity stake in BPMG as part of the deal.
The deal follows BPMG's acquisition of iQuest Events in March.
Irish Studio will continued to publish Irish Central, as well as the Ireland of Welcomes and British Heritage Travel magazines.
