Dublin listed Real estate investment trust IRES has reported 18% growth in net rental income in the year to end of June of €22.7 million.
This has been driven by organic rent growth and acquisitions, which exclude a major deal that saw IRES agreeing to purchase 815 homes from Marathon Asset Management for €285 million.
The REIT will soon have a portfolio of 3,884 housing units.
In its interim results for the first half of the year, the state's biggest private landlord reported net asset value per share of 147 cent, which is up 3.5%.
