The National Treasury Management Agency has today sold €500m of Irish Treasury Bills at an auction - meeting its target amount.
The Treasury bills will mature in June 2020.
The NTMA said that total bids at today's auction amounted to €1.525 billion, which was over three times the amount on offer.
The Treasury Bills, which have a maturity of 11 months, were sold at a yield of -0.54%.
Last month, the NTMA sold €1 billion of 10-year bonds at a record low yield of 0.297%.
The NTMA has raised €10.25 billion of its targeted €14-18 billion of long-term debt issuance this year.
