The National Treasury Management Agency has today raised €1 billion in a dual bond sale.
This increased its total issuance of benchmark bonds since the start of the year to €11.25 billion.
The NTMA said it sold €600m of 2029 bonds at a yield of 0.136%, with demand outstripping supply by two and a half times.
It also sold €400m of 2033 bonds at a yield of 0.497% and demand at 2.4 times supply.
The agency has set a target to raise €14-18 billion from bond issues this year.
