Portmarnock Hotel and Golf Links in Dublin is for sale, with a guide price of in excess of €50 million.
The property is being sold by US real estate investment group, Kennedy Wilson, which bought it for €27 million five years ago.
Agents JLL are responsible for the sale.
The 160-acre beach front property comprises a 134 bedroom hotel and the 18-hole championship golf course, designed by Bernhard Langer.
The hotel has undergone an extensive €11 million refurbishment recently to its bedrooms, spa, golf facilities, conferencing and banqueting areas.
The property dates back 172 years and was once the home and private golf course of the family behind the Jameson Whiskey brand.
