Cairn Homes is to sell 282 apartment in the Citywest Quarter in Dublin.

The company had only recently begun to build the housing development.

Cairn is seeking €90 million for the development through its agents Savills and Hooke and MacDonald.

If achieved, this would result in an average unit price of €319,150 being paid.

The firm also revealed that it had received planning permission from An Bord Pleanála for the development of its 385 unit Griffith Avenue site.

This will consist of 377 apartments and eight houses.

It has also recently been granted planning permission for its developments at Marianella, Rathgar where it will construct 107 apartments and at Cross Avenue, Blackrock where seven houses and 214 apartments will be built.

"We are now active on 14 individual sites in the Greater Dublin Area and continue to see significant demand for our new homes from individual buyers, and from institutional buyers for some of our larger apartment sites," said Michael Stanley, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer.
