Some companies in Britain are currently trying out a four day week for employees who had previously worked a five day week.
These employees enjoy the same pay and same leave entitlements and so far it appears productivity increases rather than falls as a result of the move to the four day week.

Ffyona Dawber from Synergy Vision, a company in the UK who made the move to a four day week on December 1, tells Sean O'Rourke how the initiative works.
