A new Dublin office development called The Reflector has been placed on the market with a guide price of €155m.
The Reflector development, which was finished 2018, is situated in Dublin's Grand Canal Dock area, with water frontage spanning almost 75 metres on Hanover Quay.
It has already attracted tenants such as Airbnb, Wix and LogMeIn and will produce an annual rent of about €7m.
The six-storey over basement building comprises 11,250 square metres of office space, 329 square metres of retail space and 34 car parking spaces.
The sale is being handled by Savills Ireland and CBRE on behalf of Park Developments, who anticipate a strong level of interest from European and international investors.
Savills' Fergus O'Farrell said The Reflector is one of the most high-profile office developments in Ireland, with its unique waterfront setting, striking profile, best in class finishes along with a quality tenant line-up and a WAULT (weighted average unexpired lease term) of about 12 years.
He predicted that it will attract interest from a host of global investors.
