Three prime shops on Dublin's Henry Street have come to market, with a guide price of more than €26m.
The "Henry Street Collection" comprises a portfolio of three mid-terraced buildings - numbers 16, 17 and 45 - which extend to a total floor area of 13,360 square feet.
This includes 4,802 square feet of ground floor retail space.
The collection is fully let and generates a total rent of €1.115m a year.
Number 16 Henry Street is let to GameStop, number 17 to Nature's Way Limited (trading as Holland & Barrett) and Fat Face Limited occupy the ground, basement and part of the first floor of number 45.
The remaining upper floors do not form part of this sale.
