Homebuilder Glenveagh has reported strong sales activity in 2018 with revenues of €84 million recorded in the year.
In a trading statement, the firm reported 275 sales last year with an average selling price of €287,000 for a home.
Glenveagh also announced the acquisition of land in Douglas, County Cork for €25 million, bringing its national landbank to almost 12,000 potential units.
