Irish hotel group Dalata has completed the acquisition of the lease of a London hotel.
Hintergard Limited owns the 300 year leasehold interest of the hotel located at Aldgate, London.
Dalata is paying €100m for the property, which will have 212 rooms.
The new hotel will be branded Clayton Hotel City of London and will open towards the end of January.
