The National Treasury Management Agency said it will hold its final bond auction of the year on November 8.
The NTMA also said that, subject to market conditions, it will issue its first "green bond" during the final quarter of the year.
The debt agency has so far raised €13.5 billion of the €14-18 billion it plans to issue in long-term debt this year.
The NTMA said last month it would hold a roadshow for investors in the coming weeks to explain the green bonds, which raise money for projects with environmental benefits.
The bond will be sold via a syndication of banks, it said.
The NTMA also said it will hold a Treasury Bill auction on Thursday December 13.
