The former Apollo House site in Dublin city centre has been placed on the market.
Apollo House, which is controlled by the National Asset Management Agency, was occupied by housing activists in December 2016 but has since been demolished.
The 12,622 sqm site has full planning permission for an 11 storey development, comprising of office space and ground floor retail, café, bar or restaurants.
Planning also allows for a double basement with space for 40 cars and 166 bicycles, as well as a wrap-around terrace on the eight floor.
It has been put on the market on the instruction of receivers Simon Coyle and Tom O’Brien of Mazars, with Savills appointed to handle the sale.
