Good weather, the FIFA World Cup and new product launches helped to boost revenues at Coca-Cola HBC - one of the world's biggest bottlers of Coca-Cola products.
Revenues at the group rose 6.4% on a currency neutral basis during the first half of the year, reaching €3.23 billion.
With the impact of currency movements included, net revenues were 0.5% higher.
Meanwhile net profit rose 13.2% to €216.9m, as volumes rose by 4.6% in the period.
Coca-Cola HBC bottles products for consumers in 28 countries including the island of Ireland, where it employs 750 people.
It operates a production plant in Lisburn, Co Antrim while its Irish headquarters are based in Ballycoolin, Dublin.
Coca-Cola HBC said the Irish market had performed well, with strong growth in its water and energy drinks products.
The reporting period included the introduction of a sugar tax in Ireland and Northern Ireland, which it said had seen a shift in volumes to its low and no-sugar products.
Overall the group said that good weather and the FIFA World Cup had helped its volumes to grow at a faster pace in the six month period.
This included a return to growth in Nigeria and Russia, while currency movements helped to push down input costs.
