Savills Ireland has launched the sale of two residential sites in Dublin, both of which have full planning permission for a total of 163 homes. 

The Mount Merrion site, located adjacent to Oatlands College in South Dublin, has full planning permission for 63 residential units.

Savills are looking for offers in excess of €13m for the site.

The second site up for sale -  Kinsaley in north Co Dublin - comprises a significant land holding extending to about 16.06 acres. 

The site has planning permission for 100 housing units as well as the refurbishment of Kinsaley House.

Offers in excess of €15m are being sought for the site.

"We believe the properties' excellent locations coupled with favourable granted planning permissions and the strong demand for housing in the current market will likely generate a significant interest from national and international developers," commented John Swarbrigg, Divisional Director of Development, Agency and Consultancy at Savills Ireland.

He said the two schemes are also exactly what the market requires in their respective locations.
